2005 HUMMER H2 SUV

I am looking for others interested in purchasing my 2005 HUMMER H2 SUV. It is yellow in colour and is in excellent mechanical shape with all inspections and regular maintenance performed on it at Southgate HUMMER. The vehicle has all factory options including sunroof, navigation, and air suspension. It also has the luxury package, which gives a black interior instead of cream. It has 80,000 km on it and the tires are in great shape.
This is where things get interesting! The vehicle has two dents, one on the front passenger door and one on the rear passenger door, and key damage. The keying can be repaired with my insurance but the dents must be removed outside of insurance. Southgate HUMMER wants $2,000 to replace the door panels. Part of the reason I am selling this vehicle is to reconcile my finances, and for that reason, I cannot afford the $2,000 to replace the door panels. Different options exist, including selling the vehicle as-is, repairing the paintwork but not the dents, or signing the necessary papers so that a downpayment is made, which goes towards fixing the door panels, then insurance repairs the paint, and then the vehicle is delivered. (Because the $2,000 would repair the damage, that $2,000 would be removed from the final price.)
I am open to all options. If the bodywork was not an issue, I would be looking at around $53,000, but I am open to offers. With the bodywork such that it is, things can change. (i.e. with the $2,000 downpayment to make repairs, it would be closer to $51,000.)
I would like to reconcile my finances with this sale and put things towards an old H1 that requires some work.
I will get some photographs taken and added to this post within the next couple of days. Right now, I am just testing the waters.
