I've been getting these from the dealer, and they usually have them in stock.  It's a fairly common "wear" item, so they tend to stock them.  It's a pretty easy fix to replace these, but you will need a pickle fork ball joint seperator and a pitman arm puller (another type of joint seperator).<DIV> </DIV><DIV>Are they so worn that you can't drive it home?  How far are you going?</DIV><DIV>Last year I went to the THCI Moab event in September, and ended up driving 2100 km back home on a badly worn idler arm.  It got to the point that I couldn't exceed 90 km/hr due to the shimmying of the front end, but got home nonetheless.  </DIV><DIV> </DIV><DIV>Robert</DIV><DIV>97 TD wagon</DIV><DIV> </DIV>

Looks like I was able to get some better pricing. I'll be seeing the H1 on Saturday and hopefully can get the parts and have the saftey done and ownership changed and drive it home finally.<DIV> </DIV><DIV>I called London Hummer and the prices they gave me were 125 for a pitman and 239 for a idler arm? They must be on crack!</DIV>
