Would you test your Snorkel Like this?

I trust the snorkel I installed on my H2. BUT, my H2 won't float quite like that and I think I would need to change my shorts if my H2 started floating down the river like that with the snorkel getting ever so close to going under water!!! Enjoy!

That's to funny .. I wish Safari would make one for 07 down 3.7 L . Right now you have to rig a custom PVC set up to hook up 08 + Snorkel .

Did hear or read the other alternative is to change the air box to 08,09,10 one . Then it is a normal install procedure ?

Hey Johnny,

The Safari Snorkel kit works on all H3s, regardless of engine size or model year despite what they say! I have easily installed it on several H3s and never had any issues! For the 2007, you simply do not replace the air horn going into the factory air box. Reuse the factory set-up just use a good amount of silicone to ensure that it is water tight. You could PM casey930, I installed this exact set-up on his 2007 H3 and it works great!

Here are the pics of the install I did for him in 2010!

Step1; Remove Inner Fender

Step2; You can now clearly see the factory airhorn

Step 3; View from the bottom up, where you will drill thru the fender

Step 4; Your factory Airbox

Step 5; A good view of your factory Airhorn. The supplied rubber collar will simply seal behind the flare of the air horn with the help of the supplied gear clamp

Step 6; Measure carefully then drill your holes

Step 7; Test fit your snorkel to ensure proper alignment and positioning and to determine where to install the windshield brace.

Step 8; Drill and install your windshield brace

Step 9; Seal your factory air box thoroughly! Make sure to block the drain holes in the base of the box, otherwise those become intake holes if you go really deep!!

Step 10; Install and secure you snorkel to the body of the truck and connect the rubber air hose in the fender joining the new snorkel and your factory airbox. Notice how it connects cleanly to the factory air horn!!

Step 11; Now your snorkel is installed! Make sure you remember to reinstall the inner fender and the radio antennae supplied extension bracket.

Step 12; Go and test your snorkel like they did in the video above!! Enjoy!!

I will also be posting the how to for my ARB Safari H2 Snorkel install...once I get the chance! Here are some quick pics!

So now that you know that it will fit, I think you need to contact TC and get one on it's way to you just in time for Christmas!!
