Firstly to make it clear; this is not a plug so much as it is a review;



Most of the people in here know it is especially hard to get things to run smoothly when buying from the US.



I personally constantly have problems with sites like Amazon.com (as an example things offered in the US are not offered on the Canadian site, some things they refuse to ship, ect). I actually tried to order a set of shocks from Amazon... DENIED! Something about the warranty which I could have cared less about. JEGS is actually a pretty good site to order from as well, but Summit Racing almost always has their prices beat.



When I ordered my winch from Summit Racing, I got a real person e-mailing me through a ticketed online tracking system to confirm my shipping preference. When I responded it took only a matter of minutes to firm everything up! The entire shipping process is tracked, I was able to use my Visa card with confidence (some US sites refuse Canadian credit cards) and even when I order things that are back ordered they have a daily update on when the item is expected to arrive and be shipped out. Very professionally run from start to finish!



I placed an order for performance shocks for my car yesterday afternoon... they are WAY cheaper than anywhere I could get them locally. I have already been e-mailed and confirmed for my shipping preference a day later!



Anyway, I just wanted to share the positive experience I have dealing with them considering they are in the US!

Yup, good review and I completely agree.



90% of the stuff I buy for my Mustang is from Summit and I've never had even one bad experience with them, whether it's a major purchase or small order.



Another vote for Summit!

Maybe it is just from being screwed around so much by Road Armor, but I am genuinely just happy with these guys! So nice to be treated like a customer they look after instead of a nuisance.
