You could do a leveling kit, or turn up the torsion bars for some extra clearance to prevent them from rubbing. Someone correct me here if you know differently, but the 37" tire will go on a stock height vehicle without a leveling kit, and driving on-road you're chances of rubbing are fairly minimal. If you're planning to off road you'll want to level the front absolutely. You'll also have a problem with the 13.50 width on the stock rims as they will rub heavily without wheel spacers or aftermarket wheels with additional backspacing.

If you have air suspension with a 37" tire some may suggest running springs in the back instead of air. In the event that the air bag deflates due to puncture, mechanical failure or otherwise, a 37" tire will make full contact with the wheel well and the vehicle will be undrivable, whereas the stock 35" leaves enough room that the vehicle is drivable!

The real trouble I think is the 13.50 width and not the 37" height, as 12.50 is a much better fit on the stock rim (unless you're running the spacers).

Actually depends of the tire as well...

37" tires range from 36.4 - 37.6, but your biggest issue is the width... I made sure I chose tires that were 12.5 as our little group has had quite a few different brands and I have just swapped from BFG AT's to BFG KM2's in 37's.

To get 37" tires to fit properly on the H2 without any rubbing - you need to either crank the bars or install torsion bar keys to bring up the front end (I used suspension max keys at 2.5" for the front and also put new 2" spacers in the back with new coils) and it is preferrable to get after market rims with at least a -10 offset. Mine are -12 MotoMetal 951's as I love those rims, but I would have preferred a -30 offset which I couldn;t find in an "attractive" rims to my tastes..

The Mud Graplers at 37.05" tall and actually 14.57" wide so they are a big tire! The KM2's for example are 36.8 and actually 12.5 wide.

Hope that helps

Those are a nice rim! - If height is stock and you want to keep it simple - Turn the torsion bars, it's the quickest way.

P.S. - the larger tires are going to cause quite an increase in strain on your front end components. Keep that in mind as I do suggest doing the cognito tie rods & pitman arms fairly quickly, and then the Moog lower ball joints down the road. I just have the passenger side ball joint left and I'm done... I've been told not to worry about the upper ball joint unless it shows wear as they usually last...
