Found the drain and fuel does come out on idle

Well that's a good start. That drain empties the bowl where the fuel filter is.

I'll give you a call and try to change the filter and pump. I've read up on it and ordered the parts. Ill call u when my parts come in.

Local parts store has the pump on backorder...hopefully next week. I'll see if Roy has it and can ship it

Ok. I have a spare fuel filter if needed.

Pump installed, relay not working all the time, by-passed, test drive, no throttle response. Next item will be the TPS.
If anyone has the specs for the tps replacement and set up, please forward to me please. 96 non turbo 6.5

Here's what I found regarding TPS on 4L80E 1996 hummer H1 NE.

I got my friend to change it with those specs but still no power on acceleration. What's the next trial and error (PCM??)

Hmm..Roy, should we look into "pressure switch problem in the valve body most likely due to an electrical fault or perhaps the pressure switch froze up". Is that something I could get done at your place. I'm almost done arranging the tow details.
