If an N/A diesel ever dies?

Just thinking for way in future....

If one was to have a 6.5 n/a die on them

What would most here do,

I'm basically wondering what would be easier (less expensive)

To install a turbo f 6.5, from a bus/van / or a cummins conversion?

Only thing I worry about with cummins is engine mounts , and how does the computer work?,Do you make the mounts yourself, ?

Do you need an innercooler right way? What's best route with the tranny model? Adaptor plate with 4l80e still or Dodge?

I know this question truely comes loaded..... But I'm pounding ideas (for future)

What's financially Cheaper, yes cheaper ,hehehe

Not interested in paying a fortune on 6.6 and crazy mods.

But I don't mind making custom fittings and brackets etc.....

I'm ok with the n/a 6.5 , but one day would like bit of extra ponies, just for uphill and lol passing,. I'm sure I'd be happy with 250 or so horse power,.

I know with after a turbo 6.5 I can do more things (like injection after) and computer stuff to get more horse, and cummins are able to achieve power as well

I'm sure I'd in future get a low km used motor, unless seen a decent deal with rebuilt

6.5 with a mechanical turbo. no real changes , with 5.9 old school, motor mounts not an issue, adapter plate for motor to trany, and if needed a trany controller, minimium 2" body, electric fans, scrap the a/c,....

Why Not install a Fire Breathing Peninsular Diesel engine??

Or even an LS Chevy like a 6.0L, 6.2L or 7.0L??? no they aren't diesel but they would sure make your H1 come alive!!!
