Ok keep us posted, ya I googled as much as I could and there is zero posts on ONE flat....
Something is not letting the drivers rear tire drain into the passenger side... And go let it go flat also as I believe it should...
If in the am, the back rear passenger tire is flat,(while disconnected )
Then get soap and water and spray her down, your find bubbles some where ...
I went insane when i had my ctis leak BUT learned a lot from that...,

When I put balancing beeds in an older set of tires years ago, i aired up my tires nice and high...then I drained the air on one side and popped one side of the tire ,then dumped in the beeds, then I used the the higher pressure from opposite tire to blast air to get an air blast to reset the need back..,,then evened out to equal pressure...
Ya hopefully you can figure..this is interesting as PB said..

Good morning to all my consultants...so I had disconnected the passenger side rear (one that went flat when ctis was connected) overnight and this morning there was no flat tire...so it would seem that there is a leak somewhere in the ctis lines (no hole in tire). Interestingly enough, The remaining 3 tire are all connected to ctis and are holding air. Since it seems to be a leak in the rear ctis system, I would have expected the driver side rear to be loosing air.
So any thoughts??

I had the exact issue, turned out to be the black plastic hose from the quick disconnect. Wiggle it just the right way and you would get a leak. Dependent on the position of the valve stem whether up down, front to back it would sometimes lose air quicker. I rnded up buying some new air brake plastic hose, cutting, warming, bending and installing. No leak for 4 months but with some colder whether it has started to lose air again. May go braided hose rather than compression fittings on plastic air line.

At first I was thinking something was wrong with the plastic line assembly "a random fluke issue"
But you unplugged it at the stem on the hub, so basically the plastic line is good ....
If you have those little (I'm guessing 3/8 Orings on that plastic stem,)??I'd change that one ,that plastic stem that you can push in to let air out...
Orr that assembly needs a good cleaning, and yes the darn dust/salt buggers everything..,, salt can cause a seal leak as well... So ya a good clean.., air line oil I use,,,,,not sure why, lol but I do...
Like if you pulled off that stem on the hub, air should bash/shoot out (from the opposite tire)
If that happens, your problem is that connection seal somewhere stem/oring/ dirt in the female connection not allowing full seal... assemble ON hub....,,,I'm still leaning to the black oring....
Also soap spray the connection on hub, (outside and inside) if it goes flat in a night you should see bubble from the soap....

An update...makes sense
I disconnected the rear passenger side from the ctis and 3 days later the driver side rear went down to 20psi. So there is a minor Leak somewhere in the rear ctis lines..and rear ctis lines are definately connected as expected.
I've disconnected both rear ctis and both rear tires are holding air well for the past 2 days. I did the soap spray test at the brass joints but couldn't find the leak. I'll do the o rings replacement (will order from Roy) and try. For now the rears are holding air with ctis disconnected.

Hopefully just the spindle seals then , make sure you get the clip as well,...
Flash off-road has a procedure to check , by pulling of your hub vent hose..,,and stick in water,,,

could be the valve at the compressor, very common to get dirt in the seal. Take apart the valve ,clean and re-install.
test:
put ear up to air intake, do you hear a hiss when lines connected? yes--ctis seals
do you hear a hiss from the compressor valves?--yes --valves dirty

Roy...i couldn't notice anything. I'm not quite sure what sound I'm looking for. I'll drive down to your shop when my parts are in and you can help troubleshoot it.
Keep me posted when the hood/air intake seal comes in
