A gear swap eh? Sounds like fun, although I should probably leave it be for now until I get closer to the end of the warranty.

Well I can say that I do want the 35's  <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... >/grin.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';D' />

I find the Highway power is really good with my truck contrary to some of the reviews I had read prior to buying; the only area that causes me a bit of concern is I found myself stalling out in mud holes and also going up steep embankments in high range.

I think for now I am going to go ahead with the leveling kit, I was also thinking about maybe just doing a 1" body lift to ensure everything clears the fenders if I do go with larger tires.

What kind of air filter did you pick up for yours Dave?

Anybody have opinions on Mamba wheels?

I wanted to pick up a set of KMC Rockstars but seems like a lack of inventory and high offsets are quickly quashing that idea. I guess these are the next best thing? I found a few pictures of a black H3T, kind of looks like mine.

Sugarphreak,  I put Bf Goodrich all terrains LT 315/75r16 on my 2006 h3 and it rides and handles so much better.than it did before.  I didn't do any adjustments to the torsion keys or anything to get them to fit.  They do rub when they are at full stop left or right but nothing major to be concerned about.  I do however want to do the leveling kit because you can now see the exaggerated difference in clearance from front to back in the fenders.

I gave up trying to upload a file... I posted a picture of my truck in the photobucket so you can see how it looks with the 35's:

Khamul,

It's very easy to show your Photobucket pictures in your post.

Just paste in the IMG link instead of the http link.

See the Forum Help and Suggestions board for details.

I got a quote back from a friend today; 312$ ea for 315/70R16 Toyo O.C. M/T's

Seems like a good price considering no shipping costs.
