Doors won't unlock with fob

About 3 years ago I had a autostart remote start/alarm installed, all was good till lately

With my fob , it will lock all doors but soon as I tried to unlock the doors, it beeps twice like normal, but nothing,

No push sound or anything,

I can use all the normal buttons in truck and locks work back and forth very good, would you guys think alarm units ok? Or what I can look for,?

I also changed to my other fob and same, so defiantly not fob.

Ps that alarm shop in Ont. has gone under since.uggg

Did you try a "re-learn" on the FOBs? It is easy to do. Seems your controller has been somewhat lobotomized...If it won't relearn the FOBs it's probably boned.

Are you stuck in valet mode?? There should be a valet switch somewhere that may have been switched. Mine is just above the OBD port and is a two way rocker switch. One side momentary, center off and other side latching.
The little batteries in the FOB can wear out as well. They can be replaced and the unit can be programmed usually.

Also is there a door lock switch relay? If so where about would it be located. I was gonna check voltage if I have.
