turning, front end issues on H3

I noticed that my H3 is haiving some issues when I am turning close to full turns both ways.  The truck seems like it wants to stop and I think I am heaing a slight rubbing noise.  It just started doing this a few days ago.  If you have the wheels cranked all the way, it almost feels as though the parking brake is on???  I have no clue what it could be.  Has anyone experienced this feeling on their H3?
