Sorry no Ghost lake, that was the backroads via range roads. Would be the same as last year.



That or cruise down the 1A, flip onto 1x and back track down highway 1 to Kananasks trail. This is the route we took the first year I did it with CHC.

Just an FYI: not related to our Meet & Greet.



I heard from a few guys that did an SRD sanctioned monitor run on the winter trails that there has been a washout that affects the trail quite badly. Also a lot of fallen trees and logs. If we head out that direction we should be sure to carry chainsaws and maybe even drag in some sandbags to get past the washout.

So I think the back roads over to sibbald creek trail and head in the same way as last year in behind Canmore.

Sounds good to me, what time should we meet... usual spot in Cochrane?



Is there anyway to edit the first post... one thing about this forum format that really bugs me is the edit function disappears after a few days!!
