Don't we all just love jumping through all these wonderful governmental hoops? the two that passed measured 11 and 12 mm and the two that failed measured 9 and 10 mm ,...so I hope that helps,...is there some sort of chart that they use to gauge or is it just a blanket measurment?

Do you still need tires? I have three. There off my 95 H1 and are the 16.5 x 36". You can have them for free but will have to pay for the shipping. Let me know
